Thank goodness for this, my Vita was really lacking another JRPG...
Great multiplayer experience, the most fun I have had in a competitive FPS in years.
I dip into mine on occasion. Over priced memory cards and limited games outside of JRPGs make it a tough sell. I mainly just play Wipeoout, Ridge Racer and a few others.
I would have got it had it been more content rich. I've enjoyed the majority of Street Fighter titles but all the bad press put me off of this one until it comes down in price or improves in features. Right now I have my eye on King of Fighters XIV instead.
I've not played them before, I am 33 years old and looking forward to picking this one up in the coming months :P
I had a good time playing it. It played as I expected.
Imposter <.<
Not enjoying it is fine, I think it was rated fairly personally. At the time HL signified a huge leap in gaming for me.
I just want to be able to start a chat party or send a friend invite without having to go through a 3 deep menu system that has me watching its loading times etc. I just want to be able to send an invite in a game and the system do all that in the background... meanwhile I just keep playing.
I'm on PS4 and haven't had these issues. So far operator level 62 with over 40 hours of online playing (PS4). This has been one of the most addicting MP shooters I have played in years.
The only sacrifice they need to make is sloppy coding. You'll be very surprised what a good coder can get out of a system. Something like Payday 2 on PS4 is an example of average coding vs something like BattleFront which did a cracking job of it (regardless of peoples thoughts gameplay-wise)
FYI, AR stand for Augmented Reality

I found this frustrating recently. I moved home and it took about 6 weeks until I could have internet installed. Not being able to even look at the trophy list to me seemed like a surprising oversight. I know it's not for everyone, but personally I like to do a little trophy hunting whilst I play.
Anorak gamers arguing sales stats on last gen consoles, amazing read.
I had a great time on the Beta. It was fast, frantic and colorful.
No wipeout VR :(
It should have been a first person shooter from the very start, with an easy mode setting and cell shaded graphics...
Same. I never played a Dark Souls so this was my first step into the genre. I found it tough and completed it about 2 months after everyone else, but what a ride.
From you are ex boyfriends? Waaa?
The SP is great, especially as the difficulty goes up. I am enjoying the MP too, people like Sciurus_vulgaris jump on the band wagon of "this is an insult to Doom" but fail to remember that Doom 2's MP was fairly bad and required mods to be any good, and Doom 3's MP was worse and Doom 1 vanilla was only 4 player (although great at the time, unplayable now without mods).
